Our coffee is sourced from the best coffee farms, or how we like to call them, “fincas”. We are proud to showcase our relentless commitment to upholding the highest coffee standards – by selecting SCA-certified fincas that also stand by Coffeeka’s values of social and environmental justice. Our choice is also geographical, picking the best locations the coffee belt has to offer, so that nature plays its role in giving you the tastiest coffee ever. Providing the optimal combination of climate, fauna and flora, Even the byproducts of Coffeeka are for goo. We ensure the resources that go into transforming your coffee are well treated. Water involved with our processes is treated and returned to its source, while residual solids (like the skin of the coffee fruit) are used as organic fertilizer.
One of our key suppliers is a signatory of the United National Global Pact. They go beyond international standards, and act local too. Our partner finca runs a child labor prevention program, called Children stay in school, where they invest in the education and nutrition of the children of local communities.
This makes Coffeeka proud to source coffee: we see it as our mission to empower those around the coffee supply chain. While our vision is the spreading of goodness all around, It starts with environmental responsibility, goes on to communal empowerment and finishes with you, with Fika, with Coffeeka.
